LEASE TO OWN WITH OUR "BUYING TIME" PROGRAM

We make buying at Cirrus Condominiums easy. This program is exclusively available at Cirrus, designed to help well-qualified buyers build equity toward the purchase of a Cirrus condominium. "Buying Time" allows buyers to enjoy the best of both worlds by renting up to 12 months prior to closing on their residence, and to start building equity simply by paying rent.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Pick your home from a wide range of floorplans and price points available.
  • Get pre-approved by one of Cirrus’s preferred lenders.
  • Lock in your purchase by signing your purchase agreement and 12-month lease. Deposit 1% of purchase price + move-in fee that become part of your down payment at closing.
  • 50% of your monthly rent accrues toward your earnest money deposit at closing.
  • Close on your new home at the end of your 12-month lease, or close early and receive an early closing credit.
